Bedrooms can be substituted with dens and/or small office space. 

 

Additional bed(rooms) and/or basements are an additional cost.

Packages are based on standard cleaning only.  Deep cleaning and move in/out cleanings require additional services listed below.

Additional services: scum removal (kitchen), caulking cleaning, decluttering, interior windows, wiping down walls, baseboards, and vents, cleaning interior appliances (microwave, refrigerator, and oven), interior of cabinets and pet hair removal.

• Crew members will not go higher than a two-step ladder.

• Crew members are not responsible for decluttering or organizing.

• Deep cleaning and move in/out cleaning prices are considered add-ons and will be an additional cost to standard packages (additional cost min. $175).
