How is pricing determined?

Pricing varies based on packages.  Services are individualized based on our client's lifestyle and/or needs.  DDIY considers several factors (size of home, number of rooms, clutter, pet hair, etc..) when quoting prices.  We will meet with all clients (virtually or in-person) prior to providing a quote.

Is a long-term contract required?

No. Long-term contracts are optional.

How often do you clean?

DDIY cleans as often as needed (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly).

Do you provide the cleaning products/supplies?

DDIY provides all cleaning products/supplies; however, due to personal preferences and/or allergies clients' may provide their own cleaning products.

Are you insured?

Yes, DDIY is insured. Certificate of insurance  available upon request.

How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?

Payment is due upon completion of services. Our preferred methods of payment are cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and America Express) and Cash App. 

Do I need to be home the day of cleaning? 

We offer cleaning services Monday-Saturday by appointment. Clients have the option to grant DDIY crew members access to home via lockbox,keypad,ect

Will you send the same cleaning crew each time? 

There will be two to three crew members in your home during each visit.  DDIY will make every effort to accommodate request for preferred crew members requested during appointment.

 What is your cancellation policy? 

DDIY requests clients notify us of any cancellations/rescheduling 48hrs prior to service date.  We will do our best to accommodate clients who need to reschedule services.  

 Do you clean on holidays? 

DDIY does not clean on holidays.
